Returns and Exchanges Policy
30-Day Return Policy
At 4Cs Diamond Jewelry, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- You must provide the order number or proof of purchase.

Restocking Fees:
- Custom Jewelry: Since rings are custom-made according to your size and chosen materials, any return not related to manufacturing defects will incur a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of resizing and polishing. If the returned item requires extensive cleaning or repairs, additional fees may apply based on the necessary work.
Damages and Issues:
- Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can address the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Eternity bands made to order
- Products with physical damage
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange your ring, the full amount will be applied to the new purchase. Any difference in price will be charged to you. Note: The restocking fee may vary with changes in gold or stone prices.
- Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the ring and are limited to one exchange per piece. Credits do not apply to future purchases.
Please contact us before sending your jewelry back to ensure it is returned safely. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs and should use a traceable courier with insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Resizing Policy:
- We offer resizing for rings up to one full size up or down. Resizing beyond this range may compromise the piece’s integrity and is not covered under this policy.
- Rings with full eternity stones cannot be resized due to their intricate design. For these rings, we recommend exchanging the ring for the correct size. Our customer service team is available to assist with this process.
- In some cases, we may offer to exchange your ring for an identical one in your size instead of resizing, especially if it results in a quicker turnaround or better maintains the design's integrity. This applies to plain gold bands without stones.
Clients are responsible for all shipping costs, including customs fees for international returns.
Repair Information:
For repairs, contact us at support@4csdiamondjewelry.com. Here’s what to expect:
- An intake form will be created to document the condition of your piece and required repairs. We will send you a copy for your records.
- We will begin work on warranty-covered repairs without additional approval, which may include:
- Replacing or resetting stones
- Replacing settings
- Prong work or replacement
- Band repairs or resizing
If repairs exceed warranty coverage, we will inform you and seek your approval before proceeding. Clients are responsible for shipping costs both ways. Our typical repair timeline is 2-3 weeks from receipt.
Note: We cannot guarantee the replacement of limited-edition or unique stones. If an exact match is unavailable, we will consult with you to find a suitable alternative.
