At 4Cs Diamond Jewelry, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We understand that jewelry is a deeply personal investment, and we are committed to ensuring you are delighted with your purchase.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition (unworn and unused).
- All original tags and premium packaging must be included.
- You must provide your Order Number or proof of purchase.
2. Custom Jewelry & Restocking Fees
Because our rings are bespoke, custom-made to your specific size and material preferences, returns not related to manufacturing defects are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- This fee covers the labor and materials required for resizing, refining, and repolishing the piece for our inventory.
- If a returned item requires extensive repairs beyond standard polishing, additional fees may be applied based on the work required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the integrity of our bespoke collections, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom/Personalized Orders: Pieces designed specifically for you.
- Full Eternity Bands: Due to their intricate, wrap-around stone setting.
- Physically Damaged Items: Any product showing signs of wear or accidental damage by the user.
4. The Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange your piece, the full original amount (minus any applicable restocking fees) will be applied to your new selection.
- One Exchange Limit: To ensure quality control, we limit exchanges to one per original purchase.
- Shipping: Clients are responsible for return shipping costs. We strictly recommend using a traceable courier with full insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Resizing Policy
We want your ring to fit perfectly. We offer resizing for most rings up to one full size up or down.
- Integrity First: Resizing beyond one full size may compromise the structural integrity of the ring and is not covered.
- Eternity Bands: Because stones circle the entire band, these cannot be resized. We recommend an exchange for the correct size.
- Plain Bands: For simple gold bands, we may offer a direct exchange for a new size to ensure a quicker turnaround for you.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Processing: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
- Timeline: Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process and post the transaction to your account.
7. Professional Repair & Warranty Service
We proudly offer a Lifetime Warranty on all our pieces. If your jewelry requires attention:
- Intake: Contact support@4csdiamondjewelry.com to receive an intake form documenting your piece's condition.
- Warranty Repairs: We automatically proceed with warranty-covered work (prong work, stone resetting, or band repairs).
- Non-Warranty Work: If a repair falls outside of warranty coverage, we will provide a quote and seek your approval before starting.
- Timeline: Repairs typically take 2-3 weeks. Note that for unique or limited-edition stones, we will consult you if an exact match is unavailable.
