At 4Cs Diamond Jewelry, we are delighted to offer a lifetime warranty on every piece we create. This warranty ensures that your fine jewelry receives the utmost care and attention for as long as you own it. We are committed to maintaining the beauty and integrity of your jewelry with our comprehensive repair and cleaning services.

What Our Warranty Covers:

  • Repairs: We will repair your jewelry whenever it needs servicing, for as long as you own it.
  • Cleaning and Inspection: You can send your jewelry to us at any time for a free thorough cleaning and inspection to keep it sparkling and in top condition.

Warranty Limitations:

  • Lost Stones: Our warranty does not cover the replacement of lost center or focal stones. We recommend insuring your jewelry to protect against potential loss or damage.
  • Unique Stones: If your piece features one-of-a-kind stones and they become damaged, we will strive to replace them with a comparable stone, though the color and type may vary based on availability.
  • Shipping Costs: Clients are responsible for shipping costs to and from our studio for cleanings, inspections, and repairs. Additionally, clients are responsible for any import fees and customs charges. Please consult with your customs office regarding any associated fees.
  • Repair Fees: All repairs are free within the first two years of ownership, except for the replacement of focal stones. After two years, a small labor and/or materials fee may apply.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Some wear and tear is normal with daily use. Our specialists will assess your piece and inform you of any additional labor or material costs if repairs exceed what is expected for normal use.
  • Third-Party Repairs: Repairs or polishing by third-party jewelers will void the warranty. Please ensure all work is done by our certified specialists.
