1. Custom Jewelry Manufacturing Timeline

Every piece of jewelry we create is handcrafted to your specific requirements.

  • Crafting Period: Standard custom orders take approximately 2 business weeks to manufacture.
  • Final Approval: Once your piece is complete, we will reach out to you with high-resolution images or videos. We require your confirmation before we proceed with the final shipment to ensure everything is perfect.

2. Delivery Timelines

Once your order has passed our final quality check and you have approved the design:

  • Transit Time: Delivery typically takes 6 to 9 business days.
  • Unforeseen Delays: While we strive for punctuality, 4Cs Diamond Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, customs clearance, or other unforeseen logistical circumstances.

3. Shipping Constraints & Address Changes

No PO Boxes: For security reasons and to ensure a signature is collected upon delivery, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical residential or business address.

In-Transit Redirects: If you request a change of delivery address while the package is already in transit, 4Cs Diamond Jewelry is not responsible for any resulting delays, additional carrier fees, or courier loss. You can request the address change before the courier is shipped.

4. Free Global Delivery & Taxes

We believe in transparent pricing without hidden shipping costs.

  • Complimentary Shipping: We offer Free Delivery on all orders to your specified address, worldwide.
  • Duties & Taxes: Please note that any import duties, VAT, or local taxes imposed by your country's customs authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs. For US Customer parcel is duty paid.

5. Product Changes During Manufacturing

Your satisfaction is our priority, but changes take time.

  • Timeline Reset: If you decide to make changes to your custom jewelry design after the manufacturing process has begun, the 2-week production timeline will restart from the date the new changes are confirmed.

6. Order Tracking & Support

We keep you informed every step of the way.

  • Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real-time.
