1. Professional Resizing Services
The perfect fit is essential for both comfort and security. We offer expert resizing to help you achieve that "just right" feel.
- Standard Resizing: We provide resizing for most ring designs up to one full size up or down.
- Design Integrity: To ensure the structural strength of your ring, we do not recommend resizing beyond one full size. Doing so can compromise the metal and the security of the stone settings.
- Eternity Bands: Due to their intricate design, where stones circle the entire band, Full Eternity rings cannot be resized. For these specific pieces, we recommend utilizing our exchange policy to secure the correct size.
- Plain Gold Bands: For simple bands without stones, we may offer a direct exchange for an identical ring in your correct size to ensure the quickest turnaround and best finish.
2. Expert Repair Services
Life happens, and occasionally your jewelry may need professional attention. Our repair department handles everything from routine maintenance to complex restorations.
Common services included under our Lifetime Warranty:
- Stone Resetting: Securing loose Moissanite or Lab-Grown diamonds.
- Prong Work: Tightening, repairing, or replacing worn-out prongs to keep your stones safe.
- Metal Polishing: Professional cleaning and buffing to remove daily wear and scratches.
- Setting Replacement: Repairing or replacing the head/setting of the ring if damaged.
3. How the Repair Process Works
We make our repair process as transparent and simple as possible:
- Initiation: Contact us at support@4csdiamondjewelry.com to start your request.
- The Intake Form: We will provide an intake form to document the current condition of your jewelry and the specific repairs needed. A copy will be sent to you for your records.
- Warranty Check: If the repair is covered under our Lifetime Warranty, we will begin the work immediately.
- Quote for Non-Warranty Work: If the damage falls outside of warranty coverage, we will provide a detailed quote and wait for your approval before proceeding.
- Timeline: Our typical repair turnaround is 2 to 3 business weeks from the date we receive your piece.
4. Important Service Notes
Shipping: Clients are responsible for shipping costs to and from our workshop. We strongly recommend using a traceable, insured courier. 4Cs Diamond Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit to us.
Stone Matching: While we strive for perfection, we cannot always guarantee the replacement of limited-edition or unique stones. If an exact match is unavailable, our experts will consult with you to find the best possible alternative.
Third-Party Alterations: Please note that having your 4Cs jewelry serviced or repaired by an outside jeweler will void your Lifetime Warranty with us.
