At 4Cs Diamond Jewelry, we take pride in the meticulous craftsmanship and dedicated labor that go into every custom piece. Because we begin the manufacturing process almost immediately to ensure timely delivery, we have established the following cancellation guidelines:
1. The 24-Hour Grace Period
We offer a 24-hour window from the time of purchase for you to cancel your order for any reason.
- Full Refund: If you notify us within these 24 hours, you will receive a 100% full refund to your original payment method.
2. Cancellations After 24 Hours
Once the initial 24-hour window has passed, our design and production teams have already invested significant time and resources into your bespoke piece, including CAD design, 3D printing, and material preparation.
- Restocking & Labor Fee: Cancellations made after the 24-hour window will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
- Reasoning: This fee is non-refundable and covers the specialized labor, restocking of materials, and administrative costs associated with stopping a custom production line.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately:

- Subject Line: Please include "Order Cancellation - [Your Order Number]" for faster processing.
4. Important Considerations
Customization Re-starts: If you wish to change your design rather than cancel, please note that this may restart your manufacturing timeline (as outlined in our Shipping Policy). The full amount goes to new piece manufacturing.
Final Approval: Once you have given final approval on the finished images of your jewelry and the item has been dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled.
