  • One-of-a-Kind Gemstones: For unique or rare stones, we will endeavor to find a comparable replacement, though natural variations in color and tone may occur based on market availability.
  • Logistics & Customs: To maintain our direct-to-consumer pricing, clients are responsible for secure round-trip shipping and any applicable international customs or import duties.
  • Standard Wear: After the initial two-year period, a nominal labor or materials fee may apply for servicing. Our specialists will provide a technical assessment before any work begins.
